If you are looking for some safe and effective workouts that you can do in your own time, when it's convenient for you, here they are!

Suitable from your second trimester and onwards, this range of workouts will help you maintain your strength and flexibility throughout your pregnancy.

Just so you know, I am qualified in pre and post natal fitness and yoga, so you can be assured that all the exercises included are totally safe for you and your baby.
